Will Coke Listen to its Customers?

We can only hope, as it could only be positive for mourners of the late Pepsi Blue and Josta sodas if Coca Cola were to listen to the hordes of fans demanding the return of their late nineties citrus beverage, Surge.

This Beverage World article implies a reformulated Surge may soon hit the market as a drink called 'Vault':

There are even rumors that somehow, some way the original Surge formula may reappear...

Even if it isn't brought back exactly the way it was, any sort of gesture like this from Coca Cola Corp is, quite simply, extraordinary.

All we ask are for limited-run re-releases of our forgotten drinks...

Meanwhile, PepsiCo leaves us with...

- A website that states 'You Betcha' when asked if Josta is still made, even though it hasn't been sold in the USA for 6 years.

- Unfriendly receptions from Customer Service agents when we call about Josta or our proposed 'Pepsi Classics' concept.

- No official acknowledgement of our campaign from any officer of significance from within the Pepsi corporation.

Despite the fact the a Google search for "Pepsi Customer Relations" and "Pepsi Customer Service" offers this site as the #1 URL, PepsiCo

refuses to communicate with me via anyone of consequence from

within the company.

Josta and Pepsi Blue fans are unfairly shunned by Pepsi, and the company's arrogance in totally dismissing any of our ideas for satisfying its customers is highly disappointing.

Miss Josta, Pepsi Blue or another discontinued beverage?
